How can I create an account on your website?

Creating an account on our website is a simple procedure and essentially requires your Email Address as it will be considered as your User Name. You can Create New Account by clicking ‘Login’ link available at the top of our website and Sign In page will appear. On this page, you need to click ‘Create New Account’ button to get Registration Form. You need to enter all the required information in respective fields and click ‘Create New Account’ button to submit your account information. On successful creation of your account, a confirmation page will appear as well as you will get a confirmation email. After creation of your account, you will be able to access this account by entering your Email Address and Password information at Sign In page.

How can I change my account's password?

To change your Account Password, you need to Sign In into your Account. On signing in, you will get Update My Account page and you need to click ‘Change Password’ button at the bottom of this page. On Change Password page, you need to enter your Existing Password and your desired New Password. Once you will confirm your New Password by re-entering it and then click on the ‘Change Password’ button, your Account Password will be changed and a confirmation page will appear. You will also receive a Password Change Confirmation email from our end.

Do I need to set up an account to place orders?

You can shop with Jeweloves without creating an account as a guest. However, registering with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits: – Track your orders and review past purchases – Request a return or exchange directly from your account – Add products you love to “WishList” for future viewing – Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

How do I contact you?

Our website provides various means of communication to our customers. You can click here to be redirected to our Contact page. The left side of the Contact Us page provides a simple form to you for sending us your comments & feedback. Simply enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Subject along with your Message and click the ‘Submit’ button. Your Message will be emailed to us and you will also receive a confirmation email for the same. You will receive a reply within 1-2 business days. The Contact Us page also displays our location if you want to pick up your purchase or if you’re nearby.

 

General Questions

Who can use a Jeweloves gift card?

Jeweloves Gift Cards may be used by anybody regardless of age or status. Jeweloves Gift Cards are typically used as a gift and therefore the cardholder will not necessarily be the purchaser. The cardholder (not the purchaser) should sign key in the code at the checkout to activate the gift card.

How can Jeweloves keep their prices so affordable?

We cut out the middlemen and get the jewelry directly from the designer, this way all the costs associated with middlemen are gone and you are left with high quality jewelry at affordable prices. Jeweloves has considerable experience of the jewelry industry and a great knowledge of which goods to buy from which markets. Phishing emails

If you receive an email in which you are asked to give us card details or similar information, please be aware that this is not sent by Jeweloves. Jeweloves will only request account information in response to your queries via email or phone, or when there are issues with an order you have done, but we will never ask for bank details via email. Please do not respond to such requests. When we ask for personal data in an email then we will always ask you to contact us by phone or email Info@Jeweloves.com. We will never ask you to respond via a link. What is a phishing email?

Phishing email messages are designed to steal your identity and/or infect your computer with a virus. They ask for personal data, often by asking you to click on a link and directing you to websites or phone numbers where they ask you to provide personal data. The link will often try to infect your computer with a virus. After that personal details will be misused immediately via e.g. Java and Adobe Flash.

Why is my order being declined when I use my credit card?

If an order is declined, it generally is from either an error in your credit card info, billing address, or the funds aren’t in your account. Also, some banks have limits on the amount you can spend in one day or on one purchase (some banks will decline any transaction over $100). It all just depends on what bank you use so if you think your bank is limiting your card then just call the # on the back of your card for help. If you have tried several times, just try again the next day and as long as your funds are in your account then your order should clear fine. If you are not sure if you order was processed then please send us an email and we will be glad to check it out.

Regular cleaning of Jewelry is essential to maintain shine and brilliance of jewelry’s gemstones and metal. On wearing jewelry, it gets dirty as you use various skin and body care solutions such as soaps, lotions and even it becomes oily from your skin’s natural oils. Even when you are not wearing them, they collect dust. You can clean your jewelry at home by your own by using soft brush, water and soap or by using readymade jewelry cleaners. You can also take services of a professional jeweler to keep jewelry clean. Jewelry should be stored individually in a soft cloth pouch or plastic zip-lock bags to ensure that a piece of jewelry or gemstone should not scratch other jewelry or gemstones. You should not wear jewelry while doing heavy work, housework or gardening as it can be scratched. Order Questions

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order on the site, you will receive an automated email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order or that your order has been dispatched. We will still need to verify the availability of your item/s, your address and your payment approved. At which point you will receive a second dispatch confirmation email from us. Should any of the item/s be out of stock, you will be notified and you will not be charged.

Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes, before a dispatch email confirmation is sent, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Please refer to our Delivery & Return page for further information. However, once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel, redirect or amend anything further.

 

Payment Questions

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Alipay, Amex, Paypal, Prepaid Gift Cards, Money Orders, and Cash (Concealed). If you use a credit/debit card or paypal for your transaction, after your transaction is complete, you will receive an email from us letting you know it has been processed. If you want to pay with money order or cash, you can click either of these at the checkout. When sending payment make sure to include your order#, and contact information.

Return Questions

What happens if I get a faulty jewelry?

We will take any request for repairs on a case-by-case basis. Should it happen that a wire comes loose due to my workmanship, we would of course fix that free of charge. Should a piece of my jewelry get stepped on, caught and pulled out of shape, slammed in a car door, or otherwise smashed, it will pretty much depend on how much damage has been done. The fee could range from just shipping to the cost to completely rebuild the setting.

While browsing the products on our website, you may come across many products that you would like to purchase from us sometimes in future. Our website offers you the facility to store all these favorite products in your own Wish List for future reference. To create your own Wish List, you need to have an online account on our website. You have to sign in into your account to add products in your Wish List. After that, on browsing you can just click ‘Add to Wish Listï’ link on the Product Display or Product Detail pages to add your favorite products to your Wish List.

How can I share my wish list with my friends?

To share your Wish List with your friends, you have to first access your Wish List. In your Wish List, simply click on the ‘Email Wish List’ link to email your entire Wish List, containing details of all your favorite products, to your friends. But if you wish to send details of only one product of your Wish List to your friends then you need to click on the ‘Email’ link available against that particular product in the grid. Clicking on these links will display a simple form where you need to enter your Friend(s) Email Address along with email Subject and your optional Message. Just enter the required information and click on the ‘Email This Page’ button to email your entire Wish List or a particular product details to your friends.
